This , are you thinking about how you can put your health first?

If you've got some time spare and want some help in learning how to prioritise your health, we have good news. The cancer bus is rolling back into Birmingham - and there's more on board than you might think, including dedicated men's health information 🚍

On Saturday 27 June, the big, red, double decker bus will be at the Celebration of Life community event at Holford Drive Community Sports Hub in Birmingham from 11am to 5pm. The day, hosted in partnership by The Black Health Exchange, the Sports Hub and the local NHS, brings the local community together for a day of joy, remembrance, cultural celebration and important conversations about living healthy.

Anyone attending the event can hop on board to speak to expert teams about general health information, advice and support, with a specific focus on men's health. There'll be health professionals talking about prostate and testicular cancer, as well as a talk from the Odd Balls Foundation. Visitors can also get some free health checks, such as blood pressure and BMI.

Get your free ticket to the event and the full dates and locations for the cancer bus across Birmingham in June and July via the link in the comments ⬇️
