This two-hour session offers a deeply calming space to slow down, switch off, and fully relax.

Combining sound healing with the gentle use of crystals, Kate and Georgina will guide you through an experience designed to help the body settle and the mind become quieter.

Kate will lead the sound healing, using instruments such as gong, crystal bowls and chimes to create soothing vibrations that support the nervous system and encourage a state of deep rest. Alongside this, Georgina will work with carefully chosen crystals, placed on your chakra points to support grounding, clarity, and clearing unwanted energy that stays with us creating a sense of balance throughout the session.

At the beginning, you’ll be guided through a short introduction to sound healing and crystal work, helping you understand how both approaches support the body and why they can feel so effective, even if it’s completely new to you.

The session takes place in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, surrounded by open countryside. You’ll be invited to lie back on cushions and blankets in a softly lit space, with drapes, fairy lights, and a calming atmosphere to help you fully switch off. You’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable.

This session is suitable for both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to sound healing, returning after some time away, or simply in need of deep rest and reset.

You don’t need to do anything, just lie back, listen, and allow the body to relax.
