September Workshops have arrived at The Sacred Sanctuary 🍂

This September I’m opening up the Sanctuary for three beautiful, hands-on afternoons of creating, learning and a little bit of magic ✨

🍎 Create Your Own Autumn Simmer Pot
10th & 12th September

🌿 Create Your Own Smoke-Cleansing Bundle
17th & 19th September

🔮 Create Your Own Autumn Ritual Kit
24th & 26th September

Each workshop is 2 hours and just £20 per person,per session with everything you need included. You’ll learn about the ingredients and their magical properties, create something completely your own and take it home with you.

And obviously there’ll be herbal tea, home made cake , good vibes and probably far too much witchy chatting 🤣🖤

You don’t need to know anything beforehand just come as you are, get creative and spend a couple of hours doing something a little different.

✨ Spaces will be kept small, so booking is essential.

Okayyy I may have already claimed one for myself 🤣😍

We are now stocking the most beautiful handmade crystal jewellery from The sacred spiral by midnight moons and honestly… they are STUNNING.

This one is my very own Prehnite with Epidote, beautifully wrapped in copper, and I absolutely bloody love it. 💚

There are lots of different crystals and designs available in the Sanctuary, and because they’re natural stones and handmade pieces, each one has its own little personality no two feel quite the same.

And the best bit… you can actually come in, have a look through them and try them on until you find the one that feels like yours. ✨

I have a feeling these aren't going to hang around for long 👀😂

You don't need fixing. You just need to find your way back home to yourself.

When I look at myself today, I don't see a woman who's "fixed" or someone who's somehow cracked the code to life.

I see a woman who is still healing. Still growing. Still unlearning. Still finding pieces of herself she thought she'd lost. Still searching for peace

I don't believe healing is a destination. I believe it's something we return to over and over again throughout our lives. Every chapter asks something different of us.

That's why I created The Sacred Sanctuary.
Not because I have all the answers, but because I know what it feels like to carry things that become too heavy to hold alone.

I wanted to create a space where you don't have to pretend you're okay. A place where you can arrive exactly as you are. Where you're seen. Where you're heard. Where you're held without judgement.

The Sanctuary isn't about fixing you...
Because you were never broken.
It's about giving you the space to reconnect with yourself. To remember who you are beneath the pain, the expectations, the roles you've had to carry, and the parts of yourself you've had to hide.

I'm still healing, and I imagine I always will be.
But maybe that's the beauty of it.
We're not here to become perfect.

We're here to keep finding our way home. 🤍

There is something truly special about women coming together in a space where they feel safe to simply be.

When we gather, we remember who we are. We share stories, laughter, tears, wisdom, and strength. We hold one another without judgement, celebrate each other's victories, and remind each other that we were never meant to walk this path alone.

Today we honour the longest day and the shortest night, a sacred turning point on the Wheel of the Year.

Midsummer reminds us to pause and celebrate how far we have come. The sun stands at its highest point, illuminating both our blessings and the shadows we are now ready to release.

Every oil, spray, blend and product you see here started as an idea scribbled in a notebook, mixed on my kitchen table, or inspired by the women I've had the honour of working with over the years.

The Sacred Sanctuary was never about opening a shop.
It was about creating a space where people could walk in, take a breath, and feel a little more like themselves.
