Positions Available
Team Leader
You will support the day-to-day running of the centre, lead activities, oversee staff, maintain high standards of care, and ensure members receive outstanding person-centred support.
Essential Requirements:
✔ Minimum Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
✔ Previous experience within a care setting
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to motivate and support a team
Support Worker
You will provide person-centred support, assist with activities and meals, promote independence, and help create a fun and engaging environment for our members.
Essential Requirements:
✔ Minimum Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
✔ Caring, compassionate and reliable nature
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Passion for supporting others
