We’re delighted to welcome Tracy, founder of Creative Energy Studio, to our upcoming event. 🌿✨

Nestled at Manor Farm, Oldcotes, near Worksop, Creative Energy Studio is a beautiful holistic therapy practice and shop where energy, intention and everyday wellbeing come together. 🤍

A new month. A gentle shift. A chance to slow down, breathe a little deeper and come back to yourself. 🤍

September always feels like a beautiful invitation to reset — to let go of what no longer serves us and create space for what we need now.

As the seasons begin to change, perhaps you can give yourself permission to pause too. 🌿

We’re so excited to introduce Michaela Insight, who will be joining us at the Spirit ✨ Soul Wellness Evening at Worksop Cricket Club on Friday 9th October. 🌙

Michaela Insight is where intuition meets real talk. She helps women move from PRINCESS to QUEEN by breaking old patterns, understanding themselves more deeply and creating real change. 👑

Her offerings include intuitive readings, energy clearing, numerology, meditation, mentoring and healing sessions.

✨ Friday night was truly magical ✨

After all the rain we’ve had, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful evening for our outdoor sound bath. 🌿

The skies cleared, the woodland was peaceful, and we were able to settle into the most beautiful evening of sound, stillness and connection. 🤍

With the gentle sound of the breeze and birds flying overhead, it felt like nature itself was part of the experience. 🕊️🌿

And as we came to the end of the evening, we were gifted the most incredible pink skies 🌅💗 — the perfect way to finish such a special gathering.

I’ve also received some of the loveliest messages from some of the ladies who joined me, and it honestly means so much to hear how much the evening touched them. 🤍✨

Feeling so grateful to everyone who came along and made the evening so magical.

A beautiful reminder of how special it can be to pause, breathe and reconnect with ourselves and with nature. 🌿🤍✨
