Before the doors open and the room fills with people... this is where the magic quietly begins. 🕯️

Just me, the bowls, and a little time to ground myself with sound — checking the tones, switching on the candles, setting the space so it’s ready to hold whatever each person needs to release later.

There’s something so peaceful about this bit. The calm before the sound. 🎶✨

Last night’s group reiki soundbath was full of deep rest, gentle releases, and beautiful energy — thank you to everyone who came and lay down, let go, and trusted the process. 💛

I’m back! ✨ After a little time away to rest, breathe, and refill my own cup, I’m so happy to be home and back in the studio. The shop is open again from tomorrow, Tuesday 11th, at 9:30am — I can’t wait to welcome you back in. 💛
