Most people who come here aren’t sauna experts.
They just want to feel better for an hour. 🌊🔥

That’s the whole point.

Fire Salt & Sea was built to feel welcoming, calm and community-led from day one.

You arrive by the sea, unpack your things into our storage boxes, get changed in the tents if you need to, and slowly start switching off for a bit.

There’s usually one of us nearby keeping an eye on things and making sure everyone feels settled in.

There are also plenty of free + paid parking spots nearby, so it’s all meant to feel easy from the moment you arrive.

No pressure.
No ego.
No perfect wellness routine required.

Just heat, sea air and good people.

🐚Forget tiled rooms and background music, this is wood-fired heat, stepping out into fresh sea air and enjoying fabulous views of the beach.

It’s simple, grounding, and wonderfully effective. This is a spa experience with a twist!
