You can burn calories… but you can also eat them VERY quickly. 👀
A workout is important.
But relying on exercise alone to “burn off” everything you eat can make weight loss harder than it needs to be.
Think about the bigger picture:
🥗 What you eat
🍽️ How much you eat
🥚 Your protein intake
🌾 Your fibre intake
🚶 Your daily movement
😴 Your sleep
🏋️ Your workouts
You don't need to punish yourself with more exercise.
You need a lifestyle that helps you manage your food, movement and recovery consistently.
And remember: one meal won't make or break your progress. Your overall pattern matters.

Busy ho, protein bhi chahiye aur healthy bhi khana hai? Save this recipe! 👀

Ghar par masala paneer banana is easier than you think! 🧀

I used 1.5 litres of Nandini milk and got 228g paneer — plus the leftover whey/protein-rich liquid.

And PLEASE… is paani ko throw mat karna! 🙅‍♀️

You can use it while: ✨ Cooking rice
✨ Making buttermilk
✨ Preparing other dishes

Add mixed herbs, salt, basil, coriander & vinegar to boiled milk, let it separate, strain it and press the paneer. Keep it aside for 5–7 hours and you're done!

Perfect for busy people who want simple, homemade, protein-rich food without complicated recipes.

Save this for your next homemade paneer day ❤️

“Stop buying a food just because it says HIGH PROTEIN.”

"PROTEIN” doesn’t automatically mean “HEALTHY.” 👀
Seeing the word protein on a packet can make us feel like we’re making a healthy choice… but there’s more to the story.
Protein chips.
Protein muesli.
Protein biscuits.
High-protein drinks.
Protein bars.
Before buying, look beyond the front label. 👇
✅ Protein per serving
✅ Calories
✅ Added sugar
✅ Fibre
✅ Type of fat/oil
✅ Ingredients list
✅ Serving size
A protein claim is just one part of the nutrition story.
The goal isn’t to avoid every packaged food.
The goal is to learn how to choose better. ❤️
📌 SAVE this before your next grocery shopping trip.
📤 SHARE it with someone who buys everything labelled “HIGH PROTEIN.”

You don't have to declare war on roti and rice to lose weight. 🍚🫓
Roti, rice, bread and pizza aren't literally “sugar” — they're carbohydrate-containing foods. The bigger picture is portion, overall meal composition, protein, fibre and your total diet.
One simple habit you can try:
🥗 Fibre first — vegetables/salad
🍳 Protein next — dal, eggs, paneer, chicken, fish, curd etc.
🍚 Carbs after — roti, rice, bread, etc.
Eating vegetables and protein before carbohydrate-rich foods can help with fullness and post-meal blood-glucose response.
But remember: meal order isn't a magic weight-loss trick. Your overall eating pattern matters much more.
You don't need another extreme diet.
You need a meal pattern you can actually maintain. ❤️
