☀️July recap ☀️

I just loved this month it was filled with music!

Celebrations, beach days and so many beautiful artist I got to see live, and some of them
up close and personal.

What a gift to be in vocal workshops with
𝘈𝘠𝘓𝘈 𝘚𝘊𝘏𝘈𝘍𝘌𝘙
Nessi Gomes Music
Orka Teppler

To meet Alex Serra (Gato Suave) again and hear him live again with Toti Arimany
(All brought together by Horizon Festival)

They all have their own personal message

Yet all shared with us:
do not listen to the voice
of doubt in your head.

We all have this voice,
for some if us it’s louder.

And even successful artists
still have this voice.

Calm it with love.

And bring your gifts into the world. 🌍

Music is so important to me.
Singing is also growing on me,
it’s brings me a lot of joy.
It’s an empowering practice- I got acces to after opening up my voice in Breathwork (which meant first releasing a ton of stuck emotions, crying and screaming).

It’s ALL connected.

This autumn I want to explore my voice further.

Today, as it is for many people here
marks the transition from the school holiday period

Back to work, rhythm, schedules and planning.

I always find this week pretty intense.

Kids need time to adjust from freelflowing all summer to structure, to new classrooms, new teachers, and finding their place again in their own social arena.

That impacts their emotions strongly
I feel the first two weeks of school.

So I expect to be very much needed this week for long bedtime talks.

And my brain gets overloaded with all the last minute new input from all the apps organizing all the sports, outings and birthday parties 😅🤯.

How are you handling this week?

I’m trying to keep extra down time to decompress for all of us, keep things simple, prepare ahead of time and then just let it happen and breathe…

And these pictures?
They are a reminder for me for the beautiful summer moments I enjoyed.

Back to rhythm,
Which is also nice - my intention is to work out more.

What the world needs now is women who are using their voice.

Speaking their truth
Setting boundaries
Expressing their true desires

As Orka Teppler was sharing last weekend at a voice workshop:

‘No. Is a full sentence’.

For centuries women have been conditioned to be silent, to not be seen or heard, to serve and please.
To not have any power.
To live in fear.

Together we make a change
Every day - when we start using our voice.

I’m so proud of the women working with me who
are reclaiming their voices.

Each and every unique journey in exploring where is got stuck.

Breathwork (including bodywork & and sounding) and EMDR are powerful tips for this.

When we move beyond trauma
We can reclaim our power and freedom.

Looking back at such a beautiful and
deep ceremony last month

A celebration of Beltane 🌸
and my first event again after a year’s pause.

A big thank you to JORINDE for her beautiful voice and songs- for creating together!

This day was filled with so many paradoxes.

And big teachings for me as a facilitator.

Next to profound experiences and insights for many
for the first time ever
I also received negative experiences from participants.

In a way after 7 years a surprise
that has not happened sooner.

And for my ego it was a challenge to see the good,
take the lessons, and to not let this dampen my trust in what I DO have to bring with sharing these spaces.

A lot of my learnings are on communication
and creating an even safer container.

Something I until now had only received praise for.
And now I know what to improve 😊

An eye opener to also see that what happens in the groups I huis has also deepened with time, and the surrounding framework needs to adjust to that.

Always learning,
Never ‘done’ or arrived.

Month of April

Month of receiving and enjoying life - recharging in nature, soaking up the sun and so much more…

1. Mullerthal trail - weekend walk with a dear friend
(it’s so magical I will make a post just for that one day)

2. Such a gift- I got invited to guide & Space Crew in a Breathwork Journey with cacao and sparkles ✨ ✨✨and then they made music 🥰🙏🏻

3. Next day we saw them all live
Their music- timing… my favorite track from@the last album ‘Luna’.

4. Ibiza - experienced her a new way this time 5 star hotel experience - highly recommended 🌟

We are halfway through May and this is a very different month. 🌀⚡️🦋

Our mothers are the cradle of all life
We have forgotten how to honor them
How to nourish them

When we remember
We change the whole world
We change the future

This is my prayer
That we remember this
Honor and protect the feminine and the mother.

I felt contracted the last weeks

Several things were changing
A piece of security unexpectedly moved
And I feel more big shifts are on the horizon
This month

I got stuck in fear and the need to control.

Perhaps you recognize this?
It’s happens to all of us.

Finally I was able to breathe
To trust and surrender
Everything is working out

‘Everything will be ok in the end
If it’s not ok
It’s not the end’
