My belief is that, as individuals, we each have a unique history that results in different therapeutic needs.

With more that 20 years' clinical experience as a healer and massage therapist, I offer holistic treatment solutions to support and treat a range of health concerns. That’s why I personalise my services to suit your specific condition at a specific time - helping to restore and maintain balance and wellbeing. I can work with you to address anything from a sore shoulder, to a niggling sports injury

, maintaining lymphatic drainage after an operation, or helping keep your health and wellbeing on track during a pregnancy. My training has taken place in countries as diverse as the UK, Australia, Thailand and New Zealand, giving me vast experience in:

• Remedial & Advanced Massage (muscle energy technique, soft tissue release, trigger points, neuromuscular technique)
• Swedish massage
• Sports massage
• Thai massage
• Kinesiology
• Lomilomi (Hawaiian massage)
• Mayan Abdominal Therapy
• Specialized Facilitator Training.
• I am also currently exploring Contact Care, Flinchlock release, learning to remove trauma and compression from bones. I conduct my appointments either in person at my Milford clinic, or via Zoom.

What an incredible milestone. I thoroughly enjoyed teaching the first-ever professional workshop for my MIRIA METHOD.

It was amazing to witness a diverse group of passionate qualified wellness professionals—spanning Beauty Therapists, Massage Therapists, Naturopaths, Registered Nurses, and Aromatherapists—all gathered with a shared goal. Everyone was so eager to learn how to effectively help themselves and empower their clients with a true understanding of the lymphatic system.

By mastering exactly how to use The Lymphatic Brush properly to maximise therapeutic benefits, these practitioners are set to elevate their clinic outcomes—because ultimately, the results speak for themselves.

An incredible day teaching the very first of my MIRIA METHOD Training. I Introduced Using The Lymphatic Brush in Clinic. Our room was filled with incredibly passionate therapists, nurses and naturopaths ready to level up their knowledge on the lymphatic system and their clinical offering.

From mastering the brush techniques, these practitioners are officially ready to bring the magic of lymphatic brushing into their treatment rooms.
