A week on my plate… 🥣
A little snapshot of the last week or so.
1-4. A divine plant-based dinner at in Byron Bay and hot nerd catchup with my gorgeous integrative health practitioner friends and . We ordered 2 desserts to share but when you get the last portion of tiramisu at No Bones they bring you the entire tray to clean out (Marique and jo retained their decorum, but you know what happened to me…) 🐷
5-8. My indulgent morning routine when I don’t have kids (trust me - it doesn’t normally look like this). 645 wake. 7 gym. 745 swim. 8 sauna. 9 breakfast with all the Australian fruits 🍉🍍🍌🥭🫶🏼
9-12. Glorious walk round the cape up to the Byron Bay lighthouse with and . We met Marique’s hubby Tim and their kids at the top for macadamia and soy coffees ☕️. Miss these guys so much since they moved to Byron Bay last year. Highly recommend this walk though!
13-14. Trip to the stunning lemon myrtle farm with .nz, to see where they source their organically grown Lemon Myrtle oil (which tastes incredible in recipes - lots of ideas now flying round my brain). 🍋
15-17. Delicious dinner at with the corporate team, lots of chats with the CEO about new plants we want to bring to the market and how we can make herbal medicine and essential oils more accessible to everyone 🫶🏼
18-20. Our car broke down obviously, had to sell myself on the side of the road to get jumper leads 👀 , haven’t done that for a while. Grabbed a fabulous berry schisandra booch from .com.au (schisandra is great for nervous system support). Then snuck in one quick final beach walk before we headed home.
Thanks Byron bay for having me, despite the tropical rain storms it was lovely ! 🌊🍋🚙🌳
