Honoured to have received the level 1 scholarship.

"I believe the breathing is the corner stone of all our interventions, from small babies to our bedridden geriatric population. I am passionate about making people feel comfortable and in control of their own bodies, and I am so excited to be able to bring the method to our town in Potchefstroom, South Africa. I can barely wait for the course to start." - Corlia Kotze, South Africa

Incredibly grateful to receive the BradCliff Breathing scholarship!

"As a physiotherapist working in Chilliwack, BC, I support a diverse patient population navigating movement limitations, pain management, and recovery. This opportunity means I can introduce evidence-based breathing assessment and retraining directly into my community, empowering my clients with critical tools to overcome breathing dysfunction and significantly improve their daily quality of life. Very happy to have received this scholarship for the Bradcliff Breathing Pattern Disorder course!

"I am a physiotherapist based in Dublin, Ireland, working in a busy respiratory unit with a cohort of adults with various chronic respiratory conditions, such as COPD, asthma and pulmonary fibrosis. Breathing pattern disorders are commonly seen in this patient population, and I am looking forward to applying my learnings from this course into my daily practice. Alongside my clinical role, I work with athletes of all ages through pitch side cover and also have a qualification in instructing mat pilates. I hope this course will enhance my skillset, to improve treatment options for all patients, clients and athletes that I work with in the future." - Síle Flood, Ireland

Awarded a Level 1 Bradcliff Scholarship!

"I’m genuinely excited and very grateful to have been awarded a Level 1 Scholarship. As a respiratory physiotherapist at Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney, I work with people experiencing a wide range of complex respiratory problems, and I’m particularly interested in persistent breathlessness, dysfunctional breathing and Long COVID.

What really appeals to me about the BradCliff Method is the opportunity to better understand the ‘why’ behind breathing pattern disorders and to develop practical skills that can make a real difference for patients who often have persistent symptoms despite extensive investigation and treatment.

I’m looking forward to bringing what I learn back into my day-to-day clinical practice, as well as sharing it with colleagues and physiotherapy students. I’m also very thankful to the Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation for supporting me to continue on to Level 2, which will allow me to build on the scholarship opportunity and further develop this area of practice.

I feel very fortunate to have this opportunity and can’t wait to get started!" - Peter Beshara, Australia

Celebrating a Bradcliff scholarship recipient!

"I’m incredibly grateful to have received a scholarship for the BradCliff Level 1 Breathing Course, as it gives me the opportunity to develop my knowledge and skills in an area that I’m passionate about. I hope the course will deepen my understanding of breathing patterns and their impact on health and wellbeing, while providing me with practical tools that I can apply in my work. I’m excited to learn from the course and use the knowledge I gain to support the paediatric population I work with in a large London hospital Trust including those with asthma and other long term respiratory conditions." - Cat Barraclough, England

Level 1 2026 Scholarship Spotlight!

"Receiving the Bradcliff Scholarship is a profound honour and a transformative milestone in my journey as a paediatrics lecturer, physiotherapist, and researcher. It empowers me to bring cutting-edge, evidence-informed respiratory care to the paediatric patients who need it most. Working in Pretoria at Steve Biko Academic Hospital and local special schools, my heart is in serving vulnerable children navigating complex neurological, neuromuscular, and cardiopulmonary conditions such as Duchenne muscular dystrophy and cerebral palsy. In our local context, delivering specialised, high-impact, and cost-effective care directly improves health-related quality of life for children while supporting their families. I am thrilled to join the global Bradcliff community to elevate paediatric respiratory outcomes in South Africa and beyond!"
- Prof. Anri Human, South Africa

Scholarship Spotlight!

"I am so excited to receive this scholarship to improve the care I provide to veterans. I am a speech-language pathologist in Ann Arbor Michigan, at the Veterans Affairs Hospital. I evaluate and treat patients with upper airway disorders (voice, chronic cough, muscle tension dysphonia, etc). I am fascinated by the relationship between breathing disorders and voice disorders and look forward to implementing what I learn in this course." - Megan Mary O'Brien, United States
