“Movement snacks” 🍿 Research in exercise physiology shows that short, frequent bouts of movement (even 1–5 minutes) help reduce muscle stiffness and improve joint range of motion.

For nearly 2 years, this Sunday mobility crew has been showing up, moving, laughing and challenging ourselves together.
One of my favourite things about teaching this small class is introducing new drills and techniques, whether that’s handstands, balance challenges, mobility work or something completely unexpected. I love seeing people step outside their comfort zones and discover what they’re capable of.
But what makes this group truly special isn’t just the movement. Over this time we’ve built genuine friendships, support and connection both inside and outside of class.

Saturday morning ThermoSculpt at Redroom Wellness Studio. 40° heated mat Pilates with controlled strength work, core focus and oh my the deep muscle burn I felt!
I love that despite the intensity, the soft red lighting and heat made it feel surprisingly calm and grounding….
and I hardly ever sweat… but this class politely brought it out of me 🫠

Cold mornings 🥶 …exercise creates warmth from the inside out physically + mentally. That first walk, workout, stretch or yoga session wakes up more than just my muscles. It clears the mind, lifts the mood, boosts energy and gives a sense of achievement before the day has even properly started.
