The Recovery Lounge may be the least understood room in the studio.

It isn’t somewhere you wait for the thing you actually booked. It is the thing you booked.

Compression, heat, vibration, massage, guided meditation, tea, electrolytes and something to eat. Use all of it, or choose one thing and settle in.

Come alone. Bring a friend. Add it after a sauna. Read, work, talk or sleep.
