Stress and associated cortisol may well be the issue that is stopping you losing body fat and making you feel 💩 physically, mentally and emotionally.

Many coaches out there will tell you, to lose body fat "You just have to be in a calorie deficit"

That is a narrow and very uneduacted view.

The old eat less and exercise more line....FFS🤦‍♂️

Fact....over 80% of the women I coach end up eating MORE food when they work with me....and lose body fat....and have more energy....and feel better physically, mentally and emotionally.

It's not about eating less (that actually may well put your body under even more stress ramping your cortisol levels up further), it's about nourishing your body, nourishing your gut, hormones and metabolism so you can lose that body fat and thrive at the same time.

It astounds me how many women, when they come to me for coaching, tell me past coaches/nutritionists have told them to cut or minimise fruit because fruit will hinder their fat loss🤦‍♂️

Deep breath Ryan.............

The “fruit will make you fat” nutritionists think a handful of grapes is the real reason you’re not losing weight.

These folks act like biting into an orange is basically biting into a deep-fried mars bar.

Never mind that fruit has been fueling humans since... forever.
Nope, they’d rather you live a sad, fruitless life, as if that half a kiwi fruit is going to single-handedly ruin your weight loss dreams.

And let’s not even mention the irony...they’ll tell you to cut out fruit while pushing their miracle chemical filled s**t supplements and overpriced meal plans like those are the holy grail of health.

You know what’s really ruining your diet? Listening to people who think a strawberry is worse than a helping of keto "cheesecake".

A little inside glimpse 👀 into how I coach my clients on mindset, flexibility and losing the guilt around food.

This video I made for my clients on our private group page and reminds them how striving to be perfect will always lead to failure.

Fact is....there are so many restrictive ,bull💩 diets and plans out there that don't factor in life...therefore you won't be consistent and you won't achieve sustainable results.
Hands up who has been there, done that and got the t-shirt🙋‍♂️

Key phrase all my clients go by.....'Don't try to be perfect, be consistently good' and you will not only achieve results but also set your positive behaviours for life.

"Before working with Ryan, I was struggling to lose weight, especially that stubborn belly fat many of us women find hard to lose. I had tried various restrictive diets that are out there but often felt unsatisfied and always starving due to the low amount of food.

I’m thrilled to share that now I’ve lost about 14 kilos and feel 100% better physically, mentally and emotionally! Even my friends have noticed how much calmer I am.
