I hate to be the one to tell you thisâŠ. But the foods you didnât track today still count đâŠ
A splash of oil in the pan.
A few bites while cooking.
The handful of nuts you grabbed walking past the pantry.
The sauce you didnât measure.
The milk in your coffees.
A few pieces of chocolate after dinner.
Finishing what was left on your kidâs plate.
Individually? Not a big deal.
But across an entire day, those âlittle extrasâ can easily turn into hundreds of unaccounted calories.
And suddenly the 300â500 calorie deficit you thought you were in⊠is gone.
This is why someone can genuinely feel like theyâre âdoing everything rightâ but still not see the scale move.
You donât need to obsess over every crumb you eat.
But if fat loss has stalled, start paying attention to the things youâre not tracking because sometimes thatâs exactly where the missing calories are hiding.
Awareness > guessing.
