Ladies, this one’s for you. If you’re nearing your 40’s and feel like fat loss has become harder, you’re not imagining it.

You don’t need to suffer to lose fat.

Somewhere along the way, women were taught that fat loss has to feel miserable.

That if you’re not constantly hungry, exhausted, sore, cutting out foods you enjoy, or spending hours doing cardio… you’re not working hard enough.

But that’s exactly what keeps so many women stuck.

🚫 Constant hunger is not a sign of success.

🚫 Feeling run down is not a sign your plan is working.

🚫 Overtraining is not a badge of honour.

In reality, chronic restriction creates stress on the body.

When calories are pushed too low for too long, cortisol can increase, recovery suffers, energy drops, and adherence becomes harder than it needs to be.

The goal isn’t to make fat loss harder.

The goal is to make it sustainable.

A good fat loss phase should feel challenging at times, but it shouldn’t consume your life.

You should still be able to:
✔️ Enjoy meals with your family
✔️ Have energy for training
✔️ Sleep well
✔️ Manage hunger
✔️ Maintain your results long-term

There’s a big difference between discipline and suffering.

One gets you results.

The other gets you burnt out.

RED HANDED 😂

It's embarrassing this is my Monday morning post guys, we got fooled by AI in our last transformation challenge.

We had a client submit via the final form to win a prize at the end of the last challenge through our portal an AI after photo which we actually feel for 🫠🫠 This got him a free challenge too, so IF THIS IS YOU as a client don't be that client your only going to embarrass your self and even worse in this situation drag down small business owners with your deception.

COACHES - unfortunately if your running challenges or prizes for transformations or sharing transformations then AI check them that they aren't edited. Or you may end up l looking stupid like us.

This is a great learning opportunity for all us in the coaching space and also for you clients to see how damaging this can be to businesses if you are unethical with your picture submissions

Stop doing 500 crunches trying to lose belly fat. It’s not how your body works. 🚫

Spot reduction is a myth and science has proven it over and over again.

Here’s what’s actually happening when you exercise: 👇

Your body breaks down fat from fat cells throughout your entire body not just the area you’re training.

That process is controlled by hormones like epinephrine and cortisol, which travel through your bloodstream. They don’t get a memo saying “abs only.” 🧬

So why do people think it works? Because when you train a muscle group consistently, you build muscle underneath the fat making that area look tighter over time. That’s not spot reduction. That’s body recomposition. Big difference. 💡

The real formula is simple:
⚡ Progressive strength training
⚡ A sustainable calorie deficit
⚡ Enough protein to protect your muscle
⚡ Consistency over time
