Every appointment at D’OR is time that has been set aside especially for you. Our stylists plan their days around their clients, and those appointments are also an important part of their livelihood.

We really value your time, and we simply ask for the same consideration in return.

If something comes up and you need to move or cancel your appointment at short notice, please let us know as soon as you can. We will always do everything we reasonably can to refill your appointment space and if we can, we absolutely will.

Sometimes, though, especially with our longer appointments, it simply isn’t possible to fill that time at short notice. This is why we have our cancellation policy in place.

✨ More than 48 hours’ notice no cancellation fee
✨ Within 48 hours 50% of your appointment
✨ Within 24 hours or a no-show 100% of your appointment

You’ll receive your reminder 72 hours before your appointment, giving you plenty of time to confirm or let us know if your plans have changed.

Our cancellation policy is simply about looking after one another respecting our clients’ time while also protecting our stylists’ time and livelihood.

We had the most incredible day learning, creating and pushing our skills further with new curly cutting techniques, understanding how different textures move, fall and respond to the right cut.

Yamile is a qualified hairdresser. She has worked hard, completed her New Zealand Hairdressing Certificate, built a loyal clientele, become part of our D’Or family and made a life for herself here in New Zealand.
