I have spent the week at the WIPCE conference. The World Indigenous Peoples Conference on Education. It has been the most amazing week full of energy and light, hope and connection. I made a Himalayan Salt Scrub today and used Frankincense oil to gently scent it. It is going to be amazing to use. Frankincense is the oil that promotes relaxation and balanced moods. It also supports smooth healthy skin, and I don’t know about you but perimenopause and menopause definitely changed my skin. Salt scrubs are detoxifying and make a wonderful exfoliant. Now I love Frankincense but what scent would you want to try? Let me know.
