I recently did a 21 day fast and lost close to 17 kilo now 24 . In conjunction with using rife to bring my sugars and blood pressure under control and it worked . I chewed Celtic salt when hungry and then drank some water this also gave me the minerals and magnesium . I drank 2-3 litres a day .
