Session 1: What is the soul?

Our soul is an aspect of pure source energy. It orchestrates every aspect of our lives in response to our free will thoughts, feelings and desires.

Introduction:
• What is the soul? How can it help us?
• How can we connect to our soul in our everyday lives?

Soul Trauma: What is it? How does it affect us? How can we heal it?
• Visualisation: Opening and healing the Heart.
• Visualisation: Clearing and transmuting Soul Trauma.

Session 2: Becoming my Higher Self:

For the last 10,000 years, since the Fall of Atlantis, the soul has been relegated to the side lines. We lost touch with our true soul nature. We stopped going within to find our answers and started looking outside of ourselves.

Healing is all about peace. Peace in the mind and peace in the body.
The techniques I have been teaching my Level 3 Akashic Practitioners this month are designed to bring them and those they work with to a state of emotional and physical peace and coherence.
I believe that Human Beings are inherently peaceful. Peace is our true soul nature.
Finding the peace inside ourselves will help humanity move beyond the current chaos and conflict on Earth. Inner peace will lead to world peace.

I love Marianne Williamson's writing. Reading her latest Substack post was a great start to my week. Here are some of her gems:

Any moment of dedication to love is like a stitch that repairs a tear in the universe.'

People keen to take these classes have approached me and I realised that if I changed the format to 2 x 1 day classes I could offer them again before the end of the year.

And suddenly it is Spring! Our kōwhai tree is blooming. The tuis are excited and I’m excited. I hope you are all blooming too. Spring brings so much hope: the days get longer, the weather gets warmer, the birds get noisier and the new growth is off the charts!!
