There have been enlightened Fifth Dimensional civilisations on Earth before. The height of these was ‘Golden Atlantis’ which lasted for approximately 1500 years. This Golden Age did not last. Earth’s vibration descended rapidly during the fall of Atlantis 10,000 - 12,000 years ago.
Until very recently, Earth has been in a low Third Dimensional vibration.

Earth is a place of duality and in the last days of Atlantis there was a group of souls (who interestingly enough we had taken in from other parts of the galaxy to rehabilitate) … who had a dark agenda. Called the ‘sons of belial,’ they used mind control techniques and brain washing to control and manipulate. They targeted and duped those who held the light, adopted abhorrent practises and messed with peoples’ heads. They chose a path of technology (of head over heart). It was the misuse of this technology which ultimately destroyed Atlantis.

Many of us were there then and still carry the trauma. That is why we are so triggered by what is happening in our world right now. Some of the ‘sons of belial’ have returned. They have great power, zero empathy and are holding us all to ransom.

After the fall of Atlantis, Earth became a different place. We were thrust into survival mode. It was every person for themselves. Human life became all about competition which meant that abuse and suffering were rife. Some of us got caught in the ‘Wheel of Karma.’ In order to survive we hurt others and then (on a soul level) chose to come back to try to redress the imbalance.
We have had lifetimes of karma, drama, trauma and suffering until the present day. It sounds bleak but it hasn’t been all bad. Many of us managed to hold and to shine our light through those dark times.

So here it is. It is 2026 and we are back! The LIGHT is returning and this time there will be a completely different outcome. We didn’t endure the agony of Atlantis for nothing. It was a learning experience which will ensure the success of our planetary ascension process which is taking us from:
head to heart, fear to love, separation to unity and from suffering to peace.

Our Higher Self (Soul Self) is with us before our lives, throughout our lives and at the end of our lives. Before birth we have full access to our Akashic Record, the soul record of all of our lifetimes. We know exactly what we want to achieve, the lessons we would like to master, the people we need to meet, any karma we wish to clear and the highest plan and purpose for the life to come. Our Higher Self helps us with this preparation.
Our current lifetime is an especially important one. It is the one we have been waiting for. We have been planning for it for a very long time. The ascension process, of moving into a higher consciousness and vibration from the Third to the Fifth Dimension is happening NOW. It is all hands on deck and the joy and excitement can be felt in our hearts and souls and throughout the cosmos.

Our Higher Self is the soul aspect of us that has been with us in every lifetime. it orchestrates things so we have the best chance of fulfilling our life plan. It speaks to us through our intuition, our dreams and when we are in nature. We often feel most strongly connected first thing in the morning. Pay attention to the messages you receive then and when you are having a shower. Water carries consciousness and our Higher Selves and spirit teams find it easier to communicate through this medium.
Any practise or activity that takes us out of our heads and into our hearts like meditation and all forms of creativity will help us to connect with our SOUL.

Before both sessions you will receive:
• A Zoom link for the classes and PDF versions of the course workbooks. You will have to print these off for the breakout room practise.
• An outline of the content and schedule for the day. (there will be several short breaks).
There are homework requirements to fulfil between the first and second classes.

Level 1: Content:

Chris will give you tools to access your Akashic Records to:

• Obtain information for yourself and others.
• Release limitation.
• Connect with your soul gifts and abilities.

In Level 1, I will talk about the many benefits of the Akashic Records and how we can use the information and energy within them to transform our lives in positive ways. Some participants will receive a short, individual reading.
I will guide you through several relaxing visualisations including ‘Journey to the Hall of the Records' and ‘Mining the Akash’ and teach you how to open your Akashic Record to answer any questions you may have, use them for personal healing, releasing and clearing and to connect with ‘past-life’ abilities and attributes that can help you now.
You will practise reading for yourself and others in breakout rooms.
I will obtain information about the limiting beliefs, fears, sabotaging patterns of behaviour and negative feelings which are holding participants back and teach them how to let these go. I will facilitate a healing process to meet the needs of the group.

I will talk about the healing power of words and of group energy with reference to some ‘New Scientists.’
You will practise facilitating healing for others in a breakout room.
We will end with a powerful Manifestation Magic exercise.
