With the recent high temperatures and more heat expected, it's possible that the ice pack included with your shipment may arrive melted. This is completely normal and does not mean your medication has been compromised.

Please place your medication in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives. These medications remain stable at higher temperatures for up to 28 days, and because shipments are delivered overnight, brief exposure to warmer temperatures during transit is considered acceptable.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Anyone else still getting texts/emails about losing weight fast? I'm taking 20+ lbs in a month fast! Because I am & I don't know if I could hate anything more.

I remember in my 20’s, in the thick of social media everywhere I looked I read “lose 20lbs in 20 days.” I was running the trails by Woodward, 6 miles a day, eating nothing by iceberg lettuce and cottage cheese.
I was following a popular influencer who always said “don’t hesitate to reach out!” I still to this day support this influencer and use her products on the daily but I was so disappointed when I didn't hesitate and reached out to her.
She seemed so nice and genuine in all her posts, then I messaged her. I couldn’t lose weight to save my life! What did she ask me? She asked what my diet was. I responded “I eat clean” and she told me there is no such thing. What I heard from her was “you're a complete failure.”
Fast forward 10+ years and years of education later, I realize I WASTED HER TIME! But I also wasted my own time too! I was stuck in a social media mindset but I also didn’t do anything to help myself. People, we have Google at our fingertips!!!! (yes this can be an evil search engine if you don't know how to properly use it).
Why did I fall for the “eat clean” fad of weight loss? Because social media presence is huge. People watch and want what others have. STOP IT!!! We are so very unique. Each of us needs something different. We are not cookie cutters.

I have quite a bit to say about this video but in summary, hell yes!!
It's so easy to get hung up on a scale weight instead of a goal body type or look you're trying to achieve. The weight you have in your mind might not realistically match your goals. How you view weight loss & execute a plan MATTERS!
