Sometimes being plugged into your inner knowing and having clarity can feel scary.

You have an aha moment, a flash of clarity, an awareness of what you need, and suddenly it feels like you are supposed to act immediately, perfectly, and correctly.

As if your intuition has become an authority figure standing over you or your knowing something means you are now responsible for living a flawless life.

Like somehow if getting it wrong means you will be punished by life, spirit, your body, or your own healing.

That can make self-trust feel terrifying.

What if your inner knowing gets to be a relationship?

A relationship where your body, your instincts, your desires, your timing, your humanness, and your divinity all get to be part of the conversation.

Where you get to become curious...

What if clarity doesn't have to control you? What if your knowing can be creative, joyful, playful and can also include the wild, feral, alive parts of being human?

You're allowed to have awareness without turning it into a perfection contract.

You're allowed to know something and still be in relationship with how, when, and whether you move.

If inner knowing isn't what you think it is, what else could it be?

There's a kind of consciousness and creativity that doesn't require anything to be perfected... it's natural.

You're muse or channel isn't only in the times when you're sitting down, creating the moment for it to arrive, it can be in the way you write an email, cook dinner, take a walk, tend to your body, speak to someone you love, or lie down and finally let yourself rest.

This is part of what we mean by Being Consciousness.

The place where you are plugged into something larger while still living your life as a body.

Where flow becomes embodied, and being connected to spirit doesn't mean you are floating away from life, but can move through the ordinary textures of being human.

There's something profoundly nurturing about remembering you don't have to generate everything from effort alone.

There's a divine channel in you, a current, a living intelligence, a way sacred wisdom can move through you when you make room.

What if you were already in your divine channel, what becomes possible?

Most of us have been taught that the spirit lives inside the body.

But what if it’s the other way around?

What if your body exists within something much larger—your energetic being, your connection to Source, and a greater field of support that you can actually learn to work with?

This is what we’ll explore in Beyond the Body.

And this September, there are two opportunities to experience it with us in person.

Together, we’ll explore how working with energy, Source, and the greater field can change the way you move through the moments that usually pull you off center:

The tense conversation that leaves your whole system activated.

The person you love who’s struggling—and suddenly you’re carrying their pain too.

The room you walk into feeling like yourself and leave overwhelmed, depleted, or unsure what even belongs to you.

We’ll explore how to:
✦ Connect with Source as a tangible resource
✦ Stay rooted in yourself when life gets emotionally intense
✦ Recognize the difference between I’m feeling something and this belongs to me
✦ Clear energy you’ve picked up from people or the world around you
✦ Give your body somewhere else to send the charge

Growth can feel messy and hard to discern what's truly going on.

You may be moving through something that has beauty in it, pain in it, possibility in it, fear in it, and old survival patterns woven through the middle.

That kind of inner landscape can be hard to find your way through sometimes.

A new part of you may be emerging while another part is grieving what has to change. A deeper truth may be rising while your nervous system is still trying to decide whether it’s safe. Something may be ready to clear, while something else still needs time, care, and tenderness.

When you let yourself feel more of what’s happening, you begin to meet the experience from the inside instead of letting fear narrate the whole thing from the outside.

You get to face it with more authority.

You get to ask better questions:

What is this really?
What am I actually feeling?
What is ready to clear?
What needs care?
What has fear made bigger than the truth?

Discernment often begins right there, in the willingness to see more clearly without letting the fear of what you might find take you down.

What are you ready to look at with more honesty and care?

If you're one of the helpers or healers on this earth, you propbably know the deepest longing to be helpful and effective.

To help fix, save and rescue people from their pain. To have the right words or the perfect insight for the moment... that might just make someone feel better, soften their pain or make it all go away.

And sometimes, yes, there's a place for guidance, wisdom, action, and repair.

There is also a kind of support that asks much less from you...

A steadier kind.

The willingness to sit with someone without rushing them out of what they feel. To bring your non-judgment into the room. To let advice rest for a moment. To stop turning their tenderness into a problem that needs your solution.

So many people are walking around carrying inner worlds that rarely get met with enough spaciousness.

They are used to being corrected, redirected, analyzed, encouraged too quickly, or handed a silver lining before they have even had a chance to feel what is true.

Your presence can be profoundly helpful.

Your capacity to stay open can be medicine.

Your ability to witness someone without taking over can create the kind of space where their own knowing begins to rise.

Where do you feel the pressure to fix instead of simply be present?

What if being unapologetically doesn't require anyone else to notice?

So much of life can become organized around being seen from the outside...

Waiting for someone to notice the truth of you, for validation, for permission, for the right reflection to make your own knowing feel real.

But what if that's actually holding you back from being who you truly are? From getting to know yourself, and the parts that have been tucked away so long they may feel invisible even to you.

What about all the quirky, wild, strange, creative, tender, powerful, alive parts of you that you're just beginning to truly open up to?

What if being radically you begins in the willingness to turn toward those places and get to know them. Get curious about them. Maybe even receive them as part of the sacred architecture of who you are.

You do not need everyone else to notice before you begin belonging to yourself more fully.

What part of you is ready to be seen by you first?

Growth can sound beautiful from a distance.

Expansion. Becoming. Transformation. The next version of you.

Then it starts moving through your actual body, your real life, your relationships, your nervous system, your choices… and suddenly it feels much less glamorous.

Change can bring discomfort.

Resistance. Tenderness. Irritation. Grief. Restlessness. A strange urge to go back to the familiar, even when the familiar was never truly nourishing you.

That discomfort is easy to judge or avoid.

You may want to numb it, explain it away, clamp down, distract yourself, or pretend you’re fine so you can keep moving.

But when you let yourself feel the discomfort of a growth spurt, you stop being at its mercy.

You begin to have a relationship with it.

You can listen to it, tend to it, move it, breathe with it, ask what it needs, and discover what is actually changing underneath the surface.

Feeling what is there gives you agency.

It gives you a doorway into the part of you that is ready to heal.

What discomfort might be required for the healing and growth you’re longing for?

There’s such a tender balance between structure and freedom.

You may know the feeling of gripping too tightly.
Trying to regulate every emotion, manage every sensation, control every outcome, hold everything together, stay disciplined, stay contained, stay “on track.”

And you may also know the pull toward floating away from the body.

Letting go so completely that you lose touch with your needs, your rhythms, your limits, your groundedness, your actual human form.

Both can happen for good reasons.

The body needs structure. It needs rhythms, care, nourishment, consistency, rest, boundaries, and regulation.

And your being needs freedom. It needs breath, surrender, spaciousness, mystery, release, and moments where you stop trying to manage life from the mind.

Healing often asks us to find the place where these two can nourish each other.

A discipline that does not become a cage.

A freedom that does not leave the body behind.

A way of living where structure supports aliveness, and surrender helps you land more fully here.

If you’re a body and a spiritual being, and they’re in total harmony and balance, who would you be?

When you’ve lived close to narcissism, it can take years to understand what happened (or is still happening).

Especially when the person who hurt you also had moments of warmth, beauty, generosity, charm, tenderness, or love.

That’s part of what makes the injury so confusing.
You may spend years trying harder. Explaining better. Becoming easier. Managing their moods. Taking responsibility for the rupture. Wondering what you did wrong. Trying to reach the loving version of them and make that version stay.

And when the pattern keeps happening, it can become devastating.

Because the harm may arrive wrapped in contradiction.
Care one moment. Cruelty the next. Connection followed by blame. Kindness followed by violation. A sense of hope followed by the same old injury.

That kind of emotional whiplash can make you question your reality, your worth, your reactions, and your right to be upset.

From my heart to yours:

The turmoil makes sense.
The rage makes sense.
The grief makes sense.
The part of you that kept trying to make it right makes sense.

You were responding to something deeply confusing and deeply painful.

What part of you is ready to stop taking the blame for what you could never fix?

There's something profoundly sacred about being invited into someone’s healing.

To sit with the stories that shaped them. The places they’ve protected. The grief, tenderness, longing, truth, courage, and beauty they may only share in spaces that feel deeply safe.

To every person who's trusted us with your stories, your healing, your questions, your becoming, and the sacred inner places of who you are: thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. 💞

We're grateful beyond words.
