Many of us became experts at adapting long before we ever learned how to truly be ourselves.

We learned how to read the room.
How to smooth over our edges.
How to hold it together.
How to perform “okay.”

And for a while, those strategies helped us survive.

But eventually many people hit a moment where they realize:
“I don’t actually know who I am underneath all of this.”

Underneath the coping, the performing, the identities and the endless managing.

There’s something deeper in you. A magnificence that’s alive, inuitive, and essence driven.

At The LaChiara Method, we call this the infinite being - the part of you that can never actually be broken or lost.

And the more we reconnect to this deeper place, the more life begins to change.

✨ Doors are now open for the next live round of RADICALLY YOU beginning June 17th.

A 5-week transformational healing experience for people ready to feel more grounded, connected, resourced, and fully themselves.

Comment “RY” and we’ll send you the link 💛

What if rejection isn’t always something to avoid or be devastated by?

What if could be really helpful information?

The part of you that longs to belong may want every room, every person, every opportunity, every relationship to truly see you, meet you where you're at, but what if half those places aren't aligned with who you are, or who you want to be?

So what if some doors closing, or people rejecting you, isn't proof that you failed, but guidance toward where your energy actually belongs.

This is where one of our favorite sayings, “reject me fast,” becomes such a powerful practice.

The invocation being:

If this isn’t for me, let me know quickly.
If this isn’t aligned, let it be clear.
If I don’t belong here, help me stop gripping so I can find where I do.

Not belonging everywhere can be painful, but it can also be wildly clarifying.

There are forms of power that rely on people feeling afraid, overwhelmed, and unable to act.

When our fear becomes strong enough, it can create a sense of powerlessness and hopelessness that can be debilitating. Like there's no future to fight for and and your all alone.

What if that's just not true? What if that's an indoctrination that's intentionally being spread to freeze us?

What power, potency or vision is under the fear that you could step into right now?

Are you hiding the best parts of yourself because you're scared?

Maybe, way back when, it felt safer not to feel too much, or not not have needs, or to pretend like you didn't want love, connection and care.

Maybe those defense strategies worked at some point, but are they still needed now?

What if the very thing that helped you survive is also keeping the best parts of you hidden?

What parts of you are ready to unfurl?
What aspects of you get to come online and flourish?
What parts of your love, courage, truth, or essence might be waiting for more room?

What if this is the nudge you needed to make one small step to being even more of your magnificent self?

Is it time?! Let us know in the comments.

What if there's more available to you than just your body, your mind, your thoughts?

You probably know that feeling of intuition, of deeper connection to something beyond your physical form, but it can be hard to trust it.

At least it used to be for me.

You may have been taught to rely only on what you can see, explain, or prove. You may carry family or cultural histories where spiritual connection felt unsafe, unstable, or misunderstood.

So if connecting beyond the physical feels confusing, distant, or hard to trust, that makes sense.

But something in you may still remember.

You are not just a body moving through life.
You are body, being, soul, spirit, energy, intuition, and earth all at once.

This is exactly what we explore inside Beyond the Body — how to connect with energy, Source, and the greater field in a way that feels grounded, nourishing, and real.

Our next Beyond the Body workshop is in Portland, ME on May 30, and our Beyond the Body retreat is happening in Upstate, NY from June 11–14.

If something in you is longing to feel more connected, more resourced, and more supported beyond just the physical body, we would love to have you with us.

There are times when the body is holding more than it can process on its own.

Stress builds. The system becomes activated. Old layers can surface without much warning.

In moments like this, the body doesn’t always need more analysis or explanation.

It often needs support at a physical level.

Touch can offer something that’s hard to access otherwise — a way for the system to settle, to reorganize, to feel supported while things move through.

For those working directly with the body, this kind of support becomes especially important.

It’s not just about what you’re doing, but how you’re showing up — creating enough safety for the body to soften and begin to shift.

There’s something about being met through physical contact that allows change to happen in a way words often can’t reach.

Most people think they need to figure themselves out to change.

But that can be the very thing keeping them stuck.

True curiosity, without agenda, is one of the most powerful skills to have when it comes to growth and healing.

What are you not letting yourself get curious about?

Let us know in the comments.

What if the crumbling we're seeing isn't all wrong?

When something begins to break down, it can also create space. Space to question what was working, what wasn’t, and what might be possible moving forward.

Not everything that falls apart is only loss. What if something else is opening?

What feels possible to you right now?

Let us know in the comments.

Social anxiety can make connection feel like a battle between two parts of you:

The part that deeply wants belonging…
and the part that wants to hide, leave, or shut down.

A lot of people think the goal is to stop feeling anxious before they socialize, but often, the real work is learning how to stay connected to yourself while the anxiety is present.

Healing social anxiety isn’t always dramatic.

Sometimes it looks like releasing the pressure to perform, letting one genuine moment be enough, and recognizing the courage it took just to show up.

Sometimes the win is simply:

"I stayed with myself while I was uncomfortable."

What helps you stay grounded when social anxiety shows up?
