A summer day spent poolside with beautiful humans choosing themselves 🌞

Some came for the yoga.
Some came for the breathwork.
Some came for the energy healing.
Some came for the sound bath.
Some came because a friend invited them.

And somehow all of it blended together into one giant exhale.

There was laughter.
There was learning.
There was rest.
There was celebration.

We even got to celebrate a beautiful birthday 🎂

The older I get, the more I realize wellness isn’t about fixing ourselves.
It’s about creating more moments like this.

Moments where we feel connected.
Moments where we feel alive.
Moments where we look around and think…

“Damn. Life is really GOOD.”

So grateful to everyone who shared this Summer Solstice with us.
My heart is still smiling!

There are moments where I have to stop and just say… wow 🥹

A few years ago these humans were laying beside me as I was discovering the breath, discovering myself, discovering a whole new way of being.

I had no idea where this path would take me… and somehow here we are!!

Getting to guide them through a breathwork journey, to witness their openness, their trust, their joy, their release… was such a full circle moment.

Poolside, sunsetting, deep breaths, big laughs, open hearts… literally a dream I once only imagined.

When our beautiful friend Aki moved to Colombia, we wondered what would happen next. But life had something even bigger planned
New spaces.
New friendships.
New chapters.
More EXPANSION

So grateful for my prana family and everyone who has walked beside me through this journey.
Thank you for witnessing me become who I am continuously becoming 🫶

Last Thursday night we gathered around the table with curious minds and opens hearts,
As we dove deeper on what it means to be grounded like a tree through the storms of life 🌊

Time flew by as we shared delicious bites, laughter always welcomed, went deep in conversation, and witnessed each other simply being human.
No masks.
No pressure.
Just authentic connection, beautiful energy, and a reminder of how healing community can truly be.

The root chakra, also known as Muladhara, is the first energy center in the body. It is located at the base of the spine and is associated with the color red. This chakra serves as the foundation for our entire energy system, connecting us to our basic survival instincts and physical needs.

My heart is so full after our first Deep Dive🛟

Spent some hanging at this gorgeous boutique space and WOW 🤩 what a gift it is to witness women bringing their visions to life.

We sat, drank rose tea, chatted about business, life, energy, and before I knew it hours had passed!

What I love about her work is that it’s so deeply intentional. Whether she’s offering Reiki with different energetic tools, or creating custom jewelry designed specifically for where you are in your life right now, everything is rooted in divine source and years of refinement.

I honestly learned so much just being in her orbit. She’s one of those people who freely shares her wisdom, cheers others on, and genuinely wants to see people thrive.

What a gift it is to witness people come back into their bodies through breath, movement, and sound. Simple tools. Always available. Often underused.

This work continues to humble me. It’s such a gift to facilitate spaces where just “being” is enough. This right here has been a dream come true, and it’s SO much juicer when you are a part of an incredible team.

To everyone who showed up, softened, released, or simply allowed themselves to be in it, once again THANK YOU!

There will be more spaces like this. Nervous system resets designed to help you come back to yourself through breath, movement, and sound.

There’s something really healing about being able to speak freely… without feeling judged, rushed, or misunderstood. 🌊

We weren’t meant to do life entirely alone.
Sometimes one honest conversation in a safe, loving space can remind you that you’re human too.

My favorite spaces are the ones where people can exhale a little deeper, laugh a little louder, soften a little more, and show up exactly as they are. Community has changed my life in so many ways, and creating spaces where authentic expression is encouraged feels like such an honor.
