Why your autoimmune flare-ups get "stuck" (Let's talk about your immune system's OFF switch). 🧬

I like to think of my 15 years of gut issues as "extreme pregnancy training." 🤰😂🦠

​I was looking at my friends maternity photos the other day and I realized something hilarious.
