I got this text message from a client this morning and it made me so happy!π
This client stopped seeing me some time back, but decided to reach out because she had concerns about her cholesterol and some body aches and pain and she wanted to know how Massage Therapy could help. After we spoke, she decided to add a customized blend of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Therapeutic Massage to her regimen to address her wellness concerns. It appears that Massage Therapy is helping. She comes to see me 1 time a month, for a 90-minute session, and has seen me 2 times, since she returned, and has her session for June booked! β

When she was seeing me before, she saw me EVERY MONTH for years and she says her health was much better then. Her goal is to get her triglycerides in the normal range, improve her overall health and wellness, and reduce the amount of medication she is taking.ππΎββοΈπ₯π§πΎββοΈ
Massage Therapy is NOT a luxury. It is NOT alternative healthcare! It is COMPLEMENTARY healthcare, which means it complements, supports or works with the care your licensed medical practitioner is providing. π©Ί
People who receive Massage Therapy on a regular basis, whether that's once a week, once a month or once every 3 months, experience improved health and wellness, science backs this statement! π¬
If you're receiving Massage Therapy once a year or once every 2-5 years, you will NOT experience the impact regular Massage Therapy can make in your life. Frequency matters.β°οΈ
