Our Thai Massage Master Class is an opportunity to go deeper, explore new possibilities, and refine your work alongside other experienced Thai Massage practitioners.

We’ll explore creative, advanced (yet simple and practical!) techniques, build confidence in session design, and dive deeper into the cultural and spiritual roots of Thai Massage.

One of the best parts of this class? Everyone in the room has an established foundation in Thai Massage, creating a rich learning environment where we can share ideas, exchange experiences, and learn from one another.

Prerequisites:
• Thai Massage Intensive AND Immersion with Living Sabai, OR
• At least 30 classroom hours of Thai Massage training through another school.

🇹🇭 Three Days of Learning, Connection & Traditional Thai Massage! 🙏 💜

What an incredible three days of learning and growth during our Traditional Thai Massage Intensive!

Through hands-on practice, students learned to work along the Thai Sen energy lines, incorporating deep compressions, acupressure, and passive yoga-like stretching to create a flowing sequence in both supine and prone positions on the mat.

At Living Sabai, we love sharing the traditions and techniques of Thai Massage while helping therapists expand their skills, protect their own bodies, and bring something meaningful back to their clients.

👏 A huge congratulations to everyone who participated! Keep practicing, stay curious, and continue growing. We hope to see you again at another Living Sabai training!

A word from Jill

As I prepare to teach at Omega next week, I’ve been reflecting on my journey with Living Sabai—and how it has greatly surpassed even my wildest dreams. 🌿

From graduating from the Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai in 2003, to opening Living Sabai in 2009—all by myself—to taking my first group to Thailand in 2013, hiring my first staff instructor in 2016, and being recognized last year as the Top Thai Massage Academy in the USA, I’m just humbled and amazed by how this journey has unfolded.

What started as my own passion for learning Thai Massage has grown into a community of students, teachers, friendships, travel, and a shared love for this beautiful work.

I could never have imagined all the places Thai Massage would take me, or all the incredible people I would meet along the way.

And somehow, after more than 20 years, I’m still learning. Still teaching. And still completely in love with this work.

I’m incredibly grateful for every student, teacher, colleague, and friend who has been part of the Living Sabai journey. ❤️
