I used to think feeling afraid meant something wasn’t safe.

Over time, I’ve learned that those aren’t always the same thing.

Some of the most healing decisions I’ve made have scared the s**t out of me!

Coming off hormonal birth control when I was terrified of getting pregnant. Learning to understand and trust my body. Leaving a traditional, well-paying medical job because it no longer felt aligned. Starting my own holistic, spiritual health practice. Allowing myself to heal past trauma and find safety in relationships.

And… jumping off cliffs and into unknown water (this New Mexico girl has a deep fear of water and heights! šŸ˜‚)

For me, healing has included learning how to stay with myself when I’m afraid. šŸ¤

To feel the fear without immediately needing to make it go away. To listen. To discern. To recognize that I can feel uncomfortable, uncertain, vulnerable—even scared—and still be safe in my body.

Because bravery doesn’t mean not being afraid.

Sometimes bravery is being deeply connected to yourself while you do the scary thing anyway.

And every time I’ve done that, I’ve built a little more trust in myself, my body, and my ability to navigate whatever comes next.

If you’re standing at the edge of something that feels scary right now…

What’s one thing you’re afraid to do—but some deeper part of you knows may be asking you to be brave?

Tell me below. I’d love to cheer you on. šŸ¤

It’s safe to be brave.

If you want to feel different, sometimes you have to think differently.

For years, I thought I needed to find the one thing that was wrong with my gut.

But looking back, I can see how many different pieces were contributing to my experience.

Some were physical. Some were emotional. Some were connected to the way I was living, working, relating, and caring for myself.

And healing meant getting curious about all of them.

Of course, we’re all different. Your symptoms may have completely different contributing factors than mine. But you deserve the opportunity to ask questions, explore your options, and understand what may be at the root of your own experience.

You deserve more than being told to just live with it. šŸ¤

If you’re struggling with gut issues and feel like there’s more to the story, I’d love to connect. This is the work I’m so passionate about—helping women get curious about what’s going on in their bodies and find a path forward that actually makes sense for them.

You can book a free clarity call with me to learn more about my work, share a little about what you’re experiencing, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

Life lately.

A little more rest.
A little less doing.
A lot of feeling, processing, and making space for what I actually want.

I’ve been in a pretty big emotional + physical healing season, and lately I’ve been embracing the truth that rest isn’t something I have to earn. That slowing down doesn’t mean I’m falling behind. And that sometimes the most important thing I can do is listen to myself and trust what’s asking to come next.

So here are a few little pieces of life lately: good food, time outside, Cliffy, creating a home, and words that have been meeting me exactly where I am.

I will do less. Watch me thrive. šŸ™šŸ»šŸ¤

And so it is.

Bloating is a symptom. Not a diagnosis. šŸ‘€

Two people can experience the exact same symptom for completely different reasons—and sometimes there are several things contributing at once.

That’s why I’m such a big believer in individualized medicine. I want to understand what’s happening in your body, not just hand you a generic bloating protocol.

And while I love having tools that help me feel better, symptom relief and understanding the cause are two different things.

If you’ve been following my bloating journey, you know I’ve been putting this into practice in my own life lately. There’s a lot more to the story, and I’m bringing you along as I figure it out. šŸ¤

Follow along for the next part, and share this with someone who’s tired of being told their bloating is ā€œjust normal.ā€

Apparently my gut decided we needed another healing journey. šŸ˜‚šŸ’©

So instead of waiting until I have everything figured out and presenting you with a neat little ā€œhere’s what workedā€ recap, I’m bringing you along while I’m actually in it.

Testing, gut bugs, hormones, food, supplements, medicine, emotions, energetics, intuition + all the nuance in between.

Welcome to the bloating series. Dr. Bloats McGoats reporting for duty. 🫔

Sometimes misalignment isn’t loud.

Sometimes it exists within something you deeply love.

I LOVE my work. It feeds me deeply. It feels like part of my spiritual assignment.

And that’s exactly why it’s been so easy to excuse giving it too much of me.

Another client message.
Another idea.
Another evening working.
Another weekend task.

For the last year, I’ve been consciously changing this.

Creating clearer boundaries. Honoring my rhythms. Becoming less available. Trusting that everything doesn’t need my attention right now.

But five weeks on the road made something I already knew loud.

Less work. Less sharing. More space. More presence.

And a partnership that continually mirrors back one of my deepest desires: to actually be here for my life.

I realized just how easy it is to excuse misalignment when it comes wrapped in something you love.

But loving something doesn’t mean it should have unlimited access to you.

And I don’t want to spend my life creating a beautiful life I’m too busy tending to fully inhabit.

I’ve spent years sowing, building, creating, serving.

Now I’m learning to trust what I’ve planted enough to receive from it.

More presence.
More space.
More receiving.
More trust.
More LIFE.

Because a flourishing life isn’t only about what we create. It’s about having the capacity to actually live it.

This is the work of self-trust. Of honoring your own rhythms. Of knowing yourself deeply enough to recognize when something needs to change — even when you love it.

And this is some of my favorite work to guide other women through!

If you’re craving deeper self-trust, greater understanding of your Human Design + natural rhythms, and a life that feels truly like your own, I have a few private mentorship spaces open. DM me to start a conversation. šŸ¤

Fertility is about so much more than reproduction.

Yes, our future babies respond to the health of our bodies, our wombs, our partner’s s***m. But your future baby—and your Higher Self—are also tracking your sense of safety, the health of your relationships, your movement, your food, your heart space.

True fertility is an OVERFLOW of the safety and nourishment within you.

It’s an acknowledgment of labs AND life. Science AND soul.

It’s all connected. It all matters. šŸ¤

This is the approach I take with my clients inside Body Harmony.

If you’re ready to support your fertility from a higher perspective—with a loving, grounded, conscious approach—book a free clarity call with me to learn more. Link in bio. ✨

If this resonated with you, you’re exactly why I do this work.

So many women are trying to heal while constantly pushing, striving, fixing, and proving.

But lasting healing often begins with something much quieter: learning to slow down, listen to your body, rebuild trust, and create a life that actually supports your health.

This is the work I do every day with women inside my health mentorship and one-on-one containers. We address the physical foundations—gut health, hormones, fertility, nervous system regulation, testing, and lifestyle—while also exploring the deeper patterns that influence how we relate to ourselves and our bodies.

If you’re ready to be supported in that journey, I’d love to walk alongside you.

Over the years I’ve learned that having a toolkit matters.

The goal is NOT to do everything.

The goal is to listen, tune in, and respond with the time and energy you have available.

Our bodies are constantly communicating with us.

Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do is slow down long enough to listen. šŸ¤

One of the things I love most about Human Design was learning that as a Manifestor, I’m constantly initiating things.

And if this is true, from this conscious space, how and what do I want to initiate?

Recently, I found myself needing more space.

I had just returned from two weeks of travel and was preparing to leave again. My schedule was full, and I could feel that if I wasn’t careful, I would end up overriding what I knew I needed.

So I initiated something different.

I canceled a few things.
I created some space.

And then something interesting happened.

Clients unexpectedly rescheduled.
Time opened up.
My days softened.

The support I needed appeared.

It felt like a reminder:

When we honor ourselves, life often meets us there.

When we trust ourselves enough to take aligned action, support has somewhere to land.

✨ Curious how you’re uniquely designed to move through life, make decisions, and work with your energy?

Human Design readings are one of my favorite ways to help women understand themselves on a deeper level.
