This month’s CRH Learn@Work session featured a conversation with John Abraham, NFL veteran and 5x Pro Bowler.

After a 15-year career in the league, John spoke candidly about the challenges he faced transitioning into retirement, including years of personal struggle with depression. He also shared the perspective he has gained through that journey and the work he is doing today as a mental health advocate.

We appreciate John taking the time to share his story with our team. His message served as a meaningful reminder that success can look different at every stage of life, and that asking for help is not a weakness, but a sign of strength.
