Choreographer ✨
When I began my love of movement, it was in high school went I choreographed cheerleading routines and coordinated movements for our performance choir.
Now it’s making time between work and ZTA evening calls for time with my breath and body.
It’s fun creating funky transitions. Ways the body says wow. Sometimes when I teach people expect to do the same movements or poses they’ve done before in yoga or Pilates.
The truth is, sometimes when you tune into your body, you can express pockets of emotion and insight.
It comes to the surface as somatic experience. A therapeutic emotion in motion. Missing not teaching this week and looking forward to the next event soon!!
