Self-Care Sunday vibe ✨

Let me put you on to Los Poblanos SPA. Booked a massage and a wellness class at their yurt while I was in New Mexico last week.

I loved using all their lavender products, especially the blue corn lavender body scrub.

A few years ago, the Lady of Guadalupe kept showing up in my vision boards. When I walked into the grand room where you could decompress, I saw her sitting in the corner under the oversized chair I would journal in.

It’s so beautiful that when we make time to be still, to rejuvenate, and to restore, what insights and awakenings reveal themselves.

Grateful for this much needed spa moment. Cannot wait to return to New Mexico again soon.

Highly recommend booking a trip to the mountains to spend time with your bestie and her baby.

Heart filled to the brim. 15 years of friendship and Zeta sisterhood.

We sipped tea, snuggled baby, sat by the fire, solo shopping day in Santa Fe, and lots of deep life chats.

Truly inspired and in love with the Land of Enchantment.
