A lot can change in 2 weeks after gynecomastia surgery! This patient was in great shape but just couldn’t get his chest to where he wanted it due to the remaining breast tissue from gynecomastia. 2 weeks after his in office gynecomastia excision under local anesthesia, his chest is looking much more defined and sculpted despite the swelling. And that swelling can take a few months to fully resolve so his results will continue to improve from here.
