Stop trying to find motivation and find who you’re BEING.
Do you know how long you’ve been waiting on a feeling that was never coming?
Most women have no idea that the whole time they’re “waiting to feel ready,” they’re actually just confirming what they already believe about themselves.
Most women never catch themselves doing it, but you just did.
You wake up hoping today’s the day it clicks. You white-knuckle the restriction, thinking if you just want it hard enough, you’ll finally see results.
I spent a decade like this. Operating as someone who fundamentally didn’t believe she could, so of course I kept quitting and starting over at square one. I wasn’t failing. I was just proving myself right, over and over, right on schedule.
115 lbs down had nothing to do with a grand new diet or better workout routine. In fact you’d probably say “that’s all?” If I showed you what ate.
It was deciding, uncomfortably, imperfectly, on a random Tuesday, that I was no longer someone who quit on herself.
I stopped eating for the version of me who’d grab the junk food out of a craving, and started nourishing the woman I was actually becoming.
That decision, made a hundred small, unglamorous times, is the only thing you need to prove to yourself that you can do this.
You get your own version of that Tuesday too. It won’t look like mine. It’ll be smaller, messier, and it’s still waiting on the other side of one decision. Maybe that day is today…
That’s exactly the part FormHer is built for. Not another plan you’ll abandon but the part where you close the gap between your day-1 motivation and your follow-through skill on week 6.
