The Behavior Institute

The Behavior Institute Our team believes that quality ABA goes beyond data—it’s about relationships, collaboration, and real-world progress.

The Behavior Institute seeks to help clients and their families with autism reach their full potential by providing 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to them. We are a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practice dedicated to supporting children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges. Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized, and

evidence-based services that help children build meaningful skills and families feel supported every step of the way. We partner closely with families, schools, and community providers to create treatment plans that are practical, ethical, and tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. As a locally owned practice, we are deeply committed to our community and to maintaining the highest clinical standards. All services are overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with a strong emphasis on ongoing training, supervision, and professional development. We're not just improving behavior, we're empowering brighter futures!

Increasing any skills is the most rewarding part of our job. When a child learns new words to say, starts washing their hands independently, or engages with another child are all examples of skills that we have worked on with clients.

Ethical ABA Matters:

At The Behavior Institute we focus on dignity, respect, and meaningful outcomes for every child. Ethical ABA means working on appropriate goals, recommended medically necessary hours, maintaining client dignity and respect, as well as ensuring that every client is making progress. And making changes if something isn't working.

Morning Routine Tip:

Use visual schedules to make mornings smoother and more predictable. It's also important when working with schedules that you build in flexibility. We don't want the child to be so rigid with the schedule that when something on that needs to change (i.e. running out of the breakfast that they usually eat) that, the change in the schedule causes increased behaviors.

If your child struggles with routines or with completing tasks - reach out today!
