Join us every Thursday in October at 6 PM for an evening of stillness and community.

We'll gather for about 30 minutes — time to arrive, check in, and settle into the room — then ease into a 20-minute guided meditation together.

This month's gathering is offered as a love offering — give from the heart, whatever feels right. All are welcome, whether you're brand new to meditation or have been sitting for years.

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

If you enjoy a relaxation massage combined with soothing essential oils, you will LOVE AromaTouch! This nurturing technique blends gentle touch with carefully selected botanical oils to enhance calm and balance.

Drift into your own personal oasis during this relaxing, 60‑minute session—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The treatment uses long, flowing strokes and a sequence that promotes warmth and ease across the back, neck, shoulders, and feet.

You will feel deeply relaxed, grounded, and invigorated—many clients notice reduced tension, a calmer mind, and more restful sleep after just one appointment.

Essential oils commonly used add an aromatic layer that complements the treatment without overpowering.

While individual results vary, research and client feedback consistently report improvements in stress and overall well‑being with regular aromatherapy massage.

Reiki is the love intelligence that transcends time and space and consists of love, peace, and harmony. It contributes to the positive transformation of the mind, body, and spirit.

As a holistic modality, it is a gentle, non-invasive system of natural healing. Reiki calms the nervous system and allows the body's innate ability to return to its natural state of balance mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Reiki is a great modality for healing and evolving to the greater sense of you!

Request your appointment. We look forward to serving you.
