Join us for this family friendly event! This is an opportunity to for families, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, advocates, and community members to come together, learn, connect, and make their voices heard.

What can you expect?
✔️ Learn more about disability and Medicaid issues impacting our community
✔️ Hear directly from candidates about their priorities and plans
✔️ Connect with other family members, advocates, and community members
✔️ Ask questions and learn about the people seeking to represent our communities
✔️ Get assistance with registering to vote

High School Volunteer Opportunity! Become a Volunteer with Embracing Abilities!

Looking for a fun way to earn volunteer hours and make a difference? Join us for Parents Day Out, a monthly respite care for families of children with developmental disabilities. While parents enjoy some time off, kids enjoy camp-style games, crafts, and activities in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment!

We’re looking for volunteers ages 16+ to help make this day extra special. You’ll spend the day engaging with siblings of participants.

📅 Date: Saturday, September 12th
⏰ Time: 9:45 AM – 3:00 PM
