Biocidin is a must-have with ➡️ daycare babies, school-aged kids, travel, sick season, etc. They make drops that are easy to administer to kids, but I loaned those to a friend for her baby. When I’m out of drops, I just lance the cap and the liquid (gold) inside still does the job if your kiddo can’t swallow pills yet. 👍🏻👏🏻🤪 Stay well out there… there is a horrible GI bug running rampant out there! Quick Protein Cookie 🍪 preheat oven to 350 degrees 🍪 banana, applesauce, protein powder, chocolate chips 🍪 bake 10-15 minutes. ➡️ help kids understand nutrition early, create lifestyle habits/ be a role model, they’re always watching, & let them help in the kitchen.

This is great if you’ve had things lingering around in your pantry that you want to use up 😂 I’m guilty! 😳 I used: coconut flakes, pecans, protein oats, mixed nut blend, pumpkin seeds, flax/chia blend, macadamia nuts— broke them up with my hands. Mixed in a bowl with coconut oil, vanilla, honey, sea salt, and cinnamon. Make a “bulky blend” that isn’t too wet. Brown over medium heat. Let cool completely (clearly I got impatient in the video 😂). Store for 7 days in an air tight container 🫙 Use on yogurt or with fruit 🍌🍓🫐 ENJOY 😊

First responders work long shifts with exposure to physical, mental, emotional, and toxic stressors. A lot of what we respond to is outside of our control, however, and we can actively participate in activities that help counteract stress, reduce toxin exposure, & build resilience. I hope to make more of these reels to give you insight of a functional wellness approach to a high-risk job as a firefighter 🧑🏼‍🚒 What do you do on shift to help regulate your nervous system?
