We had a very busy week. And would like to give a special thanks to all our C.N.A 's. Thank you, for all you guys do and your hard work, and dedication . We are truly lucky enough to have some of the best C.N.A. they are always willing to go above and beyond and, help wherever it maybe needed. Thank you all for all you guys do. You rock and because of each of you guys we have the awesome team we do.

We are celebrating national nursing home week and today our residents got to " pie the mangers " They all absolutely loved it . We had a great day and enjoyed the weather as well. Thank you to all the staff for all you do. And Thank you to all the mangers for being such great sports.

The Easter Bunny is hopping over to Aegis Nursing and Rehab on Saturday April 18 at 2pm!
Bring the kiddos out for a fun filled afternoon of Easter egg hunting, smiles, and sweet memories with our residents and staff. We'd love to see everyone come together for that special day. Please RSVP to Stacy, Activities Director, by April 15th. We can't wait to celebrate with you and your families!

It was another terrific Tuesday here at Aegis Nursing and Rehab. As we wanna say thank you to all the staff and residents who wore their hats today as we celebrate Dr.Suess birthday this week. Tomorrow for wacky Wednesday and we encourage everyone to wear their wackiest outfit they can find. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with .

🎉 Milestone Moment for Aegis Health and Rehabilitation! 🎉

We are proud to share an important achievement for Aegis Health and Rehabilitation. Just two and a half years into our organization’s journey, this facility has completed a rigorous 10-week process focused on developing, outlining, and showcasing the quality initiatives and outcomes that define their care.

This work was submitted for review by the American Health Care Association as part of the Bronze Quality Award program, the first step in a three-level pathway toward excellence in care and operations.

This accomplishment reflects months of preparation, dedication beyond regular hours, honest self-reflection, and a commitment to transparency and growth. It speaks to a team willing to challenge themselves, strengthen their systems, and continuously improve for the residents and families they serve.

We applaud the Administrators and their teams for committing to this journey, holding themselves to a higher standard, and successfully completing their application and submission this week.
Most importantly, this is just the beginning. As Aegis Health and Rehabilitation moves forward, the focus now turns to continued progress and the journey toward Silver and Gold, with quality and compassion guiding the way. 💙
