It is essential for the entire Nepali media landscape to understand the necessity of verifying the veracity of a topic before producing or writing a news story.
By avoiding sensationalist or baseless news and instead engaging in at least a minimal level of investigative journalism, the media can prevent the defamation and tarnishing of individuals' reputations. True journalism is about uncovering and presenting the facts; hurling abuse at others, particularly the innocent, and assassinating their character, cannot be considered journalism.

Let's collectively transform the landscape of Nepal by learning from past mistakes. Rather than dwelling on yesterday's events, let's acknowledge them and move forward. Today is a new day, shaped by the past,
so let's proceed with a forward-thinking approach. Remember, today's reality is rooted in yesterday's circumstances.
