Here we go!
Easing into the season at some of our favorite spots.
Can't wait to catch up with old friends and meet some new ones!

December brings our last 2026 trip to White Beach and our first full moon sauna.
Last year the pond froze by the second week of December. Will it be the same this year?
Can't wait to find out.

In January we are calling Hood pond home.
Plenty of frozen pond dipping opportunities. If that's not your thing, it's a beautiful view to take in....

We are with you.

No one ever seems to remember why they took that first intentional dip.
But one day they did, and then they couldn't stop!

The sauna is what gets us through the cold winters.
So much so, that we are now excited for the winter.
It feels like there is space to breath.
The cold elevates the experience and compounds the benefits, mental and physical.
The sauna gives back again by being a safe space post dip.

I got a head cold last week and realized that I hadn't been in the cold tub/sauna in a while.
Luckily the local Y has some cold tubs that get me back on track.

These days, I'll get in the sauna or the cold any chance I get.
Always better with friends if you can swing it.

What a gift to have these choices.

A little feed cleanse for you as we transition from the heat and intensity of life, to a period of slowing down embracing rest, recovery and renewed clarity.

This dancing light is my favorite, we look forward to offering space by the water again this winter.

We are working diligently now on readying the sauna, ourselves and the calendar.

Hi!

As our first full “off” season comes to an end, we want to thank you for joining us in celebrating our local wild waterways. In the snow, ice, rain, wind - sometimes all in a single session.
Oh and that one sunny warmish day!
It has been a joy to watch the seasonal changes at each location, learn something new each week, and connect with such a wonderful community.

Let’s gather at Gentile Brewing in Beverly on Sunday, May 3rd, 2-4pm. Please join us for:

-Free 20-minute sauna sessions - book online from 2-3pm and then first come first serve 3-4pm.

-A free beverage (including non-alcoholic options) while supplies last

-Entry into a raffle for a free private one-hour sauna session

-Ruta Jalisco Taco truck will be onsite for food purchases

Gentile Brewing is family-friendly and welcomes well-behaved dogs.
