When little bodies feel safer. 🤍
One of my favorite parts of working with children is witnessing the small shifts that can happen over time — sometimes in ways that are subtle, and sometimes in ways a parent notices right away.
This little guy came to see me with his mom, who shared that he had been experiencing a lot of fear around unfamiliar people and some big toddler emotions.
After several sessions, his mom shared:
“Since starting therapy he has stopped tantruming almost entirely. It was curbing naturally on its own a little before we started, but it’s still hard not to think there is some correlation.”
I love the honesty in her words. There can be so many factors involved in a young child’s development and changing behavior, and every child is different. Craniosacral therapy isn’t about forcing a particular outcome — it’s about creating space for the body and nervous system to settle, regulate, and find more ease.
Sometimes the change is simply a little more softness in the way a child moves through the world. 🤍
