“When we design a machine, we make it easy to maintain.”
Machines are getting harder and harder to maintain because companies don’t want people to service their own devices.
That’s a key difference for Nidek, where we encourage our customers service their machines themselves and make it possible for them to do.
That’s why most of our machines can be opened by a Philips head screwdriver or a wrench.
We also use components that are off the shelf. Our customers are located all over the world. Even if the customer is not able to secure a part directly from us, we can advise them on what they can use locally.
