Have you ever heard of Frankincense? Frankincense has been used for thousands of years. It is the resin from the Boswellia genus of trees. A study published in 2024 found that 100mg of frankincense taken daily significantly improved pain and function in people with knee osteoarthritis compared to placebo. I’ve personally been taking frankincense for several months for a labral tear in my hip and it has helped me tremendously. I used to have pain daily and now I rarely have pain in my hip.
