Have you been hearing the buzz about magnesium? Does it actually help with sleep, stress, and energy?
A recent study had participants take magnesium glycinate every day 1 hour before bed for a month. These are the results as reported by the participants:
Sleep:
--91% of participants reported an improvement in sleep quality
--67% reported moderate to significant improvement in sleep
Stress, mood, and calm:
--84% of participants reported improvements in stress levels, mood, or focus after four weeks
--94% reported an improved ability to remain calm in situations that would typically be stressful
Muscle relaxation, recovery, and energy:
--76% of participants reported improvements in muscle relaxation or recovery
--51% described these improvements as moderate to significant
These findings appear to support the claims of magnesium benefits.

When everything is fine, except that's not how you feel, it may be your hormones. For women, hormones start to change in their 30s with declining production of progesterone. Most women know that they feel off, but don't know why. Three cheers for High Speed Idaho! They immediately sent someone out and had our internet up and running again within two hours of my call for help. Everything seems to be running fine again.
You don't realize how much you do online until you don't have access to the internet. Our electronic medical records (no access to patient charts, phone numbers, etc!) as well as our phones (no calls!), the music that we play in the waiting room (it was so quiet!) and even printing is all through the internet. And of course, it's Monday...
