I’ve been on both sides of this journey. 🤍

I know what it’s like to struggle with your weight, feel frustrated with your body, and work hard to finally feel like yourself again.

At 61, I’m healthier than I’ve ever been. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that sometimes losing the weight is only part of the transformation.

Stubborn fat, muscle tone, and loose skin can still leave you feeling like there’s more to your journey.

That’s where our Body Transformation Trifecta comes in!

🧊 CoolSculpting — targets stubborn fat
💪 EvolveX — builds muscle tone and definition
✨ Morpheus Body — improves skin firmness and texture

Three technologies. Three different concerns. One personalized approach.

Not everyone needs all three. It’s about finding what’s right for YOUR body.

Because the goal isn’t perfection. It’s feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin.

5 things I DON’T do as a Master Esthetician. 👏

After 20+ years in this industry, there are a few things I’ve learned NOT to do. 😉 And they’re just as important as the treatments I recommend.

1. I don’t recommend treatments based on your age.
I treat the skin and tissue in front of me—not the number on your birthday cake. 🎂

2. I don’t treat every concern with the newest device.
I love new technology, but new doesn’t automatically mean right for YOU.

3. I don’t promise one treatment can do everything.
Fat. Muscle. Laxity. Texture. Pigment. Collagen.
Different concerns often require different tools. That’s why I believe in thoughtful, personalized combination therapy.

4. I don’t say yes to every patient.
Sometimes the best recommendation I can give you is “not yet,” “not this treatment,” or “this isn’t going to give you the result you’re looking for.”
Because your trust matters more than making a sale.

5. I don’t chase perfection.
I want you to look like YOU—just healthier, stronger, refreshed, and more comfortable in your own skin. 🤍

Here’s what I DO believe in:
Honest recommendations.
Thoughtful treatment plans.
Realistic results.

I don’t believe in treating a number, chasing every trend, or promising results that aren’t realistic.

My job isn’t to sell you a treatment. It’s to help you make the right decisions for YOU.

And after 20+ years, that’s one thing that will never change.

Your face isn’t the only thing giving away your age. 👀

Your hands deserve a little attention too. ✨

09/30/2026

Okay, but what does sitting on the EMSELLA chair actually FEEL like? 👀😂

No needles. No un******ng. No downtime. You literally sit down and let EMSELLA put your pelvic floor to work.

Curious? Come try it for yourself. 😉

✨ **BTL Event at Face & Body Boutique**
📅 October 15th | 4–7 PM

Come ask the awkward questions—we promise, we’ve heard them all. 🤍

09/25/2026

Some treatments are trendy.
These are the ones I think are actually worth the investment. 👏

My 5?
✨ NOUVADerm Laser
✨ Neurotoxin
✨ Morpheus Body
✨ EvolveX
✨ PRP + Microneedling

But here’s the catch: the best treatment is the one that actually makes sense for YOU. Your skin. Your body. Your goals.

That’s where a good treatment plan makes all the difference. 🤍

Teaching other providers is a reminder that you never stop learning in this industry.

Every patient teaches us something.
Every training sharpens our skills.
Every opportunity to share knowledge helps elevate the care we provide.

I’m grateful to continue learning, teaching, and bringing that experience back to every patient who trusts me with their care. 🤍
