Hi, I’m Jenn.
I am a Somatic Yoga Therapist.

My work focuses on helping people understand what their body is holding onto through nervous system support, breathwork, mindful movement, and somatic practices. Sometimes it looks like slowing down to take a breath, sometimes it will@look like learning how to be in your body again.

I work with stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, emotional overwhelm and the loops that create patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

I work with women not because they’re broken.
Not because they need fixing. Because I see and feel their struggles in real time.

At some point, we got really good at functioning…
and quietly disconnected from ourselves along the way.

We’ve done the work.
Or at least tried to.
We know the language, the tools, the “shoulds.”

Let me guess, you’ve read the books and done the therapy but…
Your body still holds tension. Still braces.
Still doesn’t fully trust.

What can we do?
We slow it down.
We listen.
We notice what’s actually happening underneath the coping, the performing, the holding it all together.

No pressure to do it right.
No gold star for healing the fastest.

Just a return.
To breath.
To sensation.
To something real.

Almost always it’s easier to support someone else than to remember your own.

Today was a reminder. Rest was non-negotiable, and I was able to use my own tools to find a moment of sanctuary for myself.

I offer Vibroacoustic Reiki, where rest is supported fully. Feel free to reach out with questions.
