A day in the life with the CAPE and Home Ventilation Program at Boston Children's Hospital.
Our physicians and staff support children with complex medical needs at home, working closely with families and care teams to provide coordinated, personalized care every step of the way. Through CAPEwell, we help create patient-centered medical homes—designed around each child’s unique needs and built on continuity, collaboration, and trust.
