Our Manager Car Wash was a HUGE success💙🚙

From the suds to the laughs, our
management team had a blast getting cars sparkling clean while having some fun together.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported us — we had such a fun time and
loved seeing everyone’s smiling faces!

Our Dog Show at The Avenue at Broadview Heights was SO much fun🐕❣️

Our residents and staff had the best time spending the day surrounded by some adorable
four-legged friends! There were plenty of smiles, laughs, tail wags, and lots of puppy love all
around!

We love creating fun moments like these that bring our residents and staff together and
make memories we can all enjoy!

Janese works diligently behind the scenes each day to ensure our residents and staff have the supplies they need to provide the best possible care. She truly is the backbone of our facility!

From keeping our shelves stocked to making sure essential supplies are always available for resident care, her hard work and dedication never go unnoticed.

We are so grateful for everything Janese does for our residents, our staff, and our facility.

This week, our residents had some very special visitors—miniature ponies!

From their tiny horseshoes and beautiful flowing manes to their gentle personalities, these little visitors brought big smiles, plenty of laughter, and so much joy throughout our building. Watching our residents interact with them was truly a heartwarming experience.

Animal-assisted therapy offers so many wonderful benefits for individuals in a skilled nursing community. Spending time with animals can help reduce stress and anxiety, encourage social interaction, spark cherished memories, and provide comfort and companionship. Experiences like these can play an important role in supporting emotional
well-being, recovery, and helping residents continue to thrive.

A huge thank you to Tender Touch Equine for bringing these amazing miniature ponies to visit us and creating such a memorable day for our residents and staff.

At Avenue at Broadview Heights, there is nothing more rewarding than helping our residents regain their strength and return home❤️

Therese joined our Avenue family on February 21 following a hospitalization for cellulitis. She came to us needing skilled nursing care, wound care, as well as physical and occupational therapy to help her regain her strength and independence. At the time, she was unable to return to her assisted living community because her wound care needs
required a higher level of care.

From the moment she arrived, Therese became a bright light in our building. She always
greeted everyone with a smile, enjoyed participating in as many activities as she could, and never missed an opportunity to play a game of Bingo! Her kindness, positive attitude, and friendly personality made a lasting impact on both our residents and staff.

Throughout her stay, Therese remained focused on one goal—returning to her assisted
living home. Thanks to her hard work, determination, and the dedication of our incredible therapy, nursing, and wound care teams, that goal became a reality.

Today, we said our goodbyes as Therese returned back home to her assisted living community. While we'll certainly miss seeing her smiling face around our halls, our hearts are full knowing she achieved exactly what she set out to do.

Congratulations, Therese! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your journey. We wish you continued health, happiness, and many more Bingo wins!

These are the moments that remind us why we do what we do. Helping residents heal,
regain their independence, and return home is one of the greatest privileges we have.

The Avenue at Broadview Heights leadership team had an amazing time at our annual Progressive Quality Care Company Picnic!

It was a day full of laughter, team-building, and friendly competition as we enjoyed games and trivia alongside our sister facilities. Events like these are a great reminder of the strong relationships we share and the dedication that unites us across every building.

A heartfelt thank you to Progressive Quality Care for investing in its teams and creating opportunities to connect, celebrate, and recognize the people who make a difference every day.
