What does a TMS treatment session feel—and sound—like?

In this video, you can hear the gentle, rhythmic clicking of the machine during treatment. Many patients describe the sensation as light tapping while they sit comfortably and relax throughout the session.

Every person’s experience is different. Your neurotechnician will help ensure you are comfortable, check in with you throughout the session, and answer any questions you may have.

Postpartum depression can affect anyone—including those who serve and protect our communities.

If you are a veteran, law enforcement professional, or first responder experiencing persistent sadness, anxiety, guilt, irritability, exhaustion, or simply not feeling like yourself after having a baby, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Eligible veterans, law enforcement professionals, and first responders can access the eTMS program at no cost. A qualified provider will work with you to determine whether eTMS may be an appropriate tool to support your individual brain health needs.

Some eTMS patients have reported improvements in areas such as mood, anxiety, and sleep. Individual experiences and results vary, and improvement is not guaranteed.

Learn more and check eligibility at jlcservicesinc.net/etms.

If you need immediate emotional support, call or text 988.

What happens when progress is measured consistently?

In this video, JLC Services President and Founder Joe Charles explains why tracking outcomes matters. JLC uses standardized assessments and a shared dashboard to examine changes over time—not just impressions of how treatment is going.

As of July 29, 2026, average scores from initial to final assessment showed:

• 60% decrease in insomnia severity
• 61% decrease in depression symptoms
• 64% decrease in anxiety symptoms
• 63% decrease in PTSD symptoms
• 54% decrease in alcohol cravings

These results help JLC and its state partners better understand patient progress, identify opportunities to improve, and make more informed decisions.

These are combined, real-world program results. Individual experiences vary, and group averages do not predict an individual outcome.

This past weekend, Glenn represented the eTMS Florida at the Firefighter Charities of Pinellas 2nd Annual Pickleball Tournament! 🏓🚒

More than 60 participants came together for a great day of competition, connection, and fundraising in support of the firefighter community.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to connect with the first responders we serve and support organizations making a difference in their communities.

Thank you to Firefighter Charities of Pinellas for having us, and to everyone who came out to support a great cause!
