Terra House is hosting a Wellness Retreat for women who would like to educate themselves on nutrition after cancer diagnosis.

With limited real life examples, it can feel impossible to change meal habits. Andrea, from Terra House will walk all attendees through a seminar, before working together to make a nutritious meal for lunch. With her guidance, you will leave feeling like you learned something new AND can take that back into your home.

End the day relaxing into the sound bath with reiki, and know there will be journaling time to reflect as well.

Have you heard about our Community Closet?

Thanks to generous donations from the community, we've started the Community Closet at BCN! Located at our headquarters in Buffalo, the Community Closet has gently used items those in need can take to help throughout their cancer journey. Right now we have:

- Post surgery compression bras
- Post surgery camis
- Bras for after the healing process
- Port pillows
- Wigs
- Head coverings
- Limited lymphedema garments plus some compression binders

If you or someone you love could use any of these items, please contact Rachel at 716-887-2610 or by email at [email protected] to coordinate pickup.
