The Pilates LAB Our certified teachers help practitioners improve their flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. We are a Core Dynamics teacher Training studio.

The Pilates LAB is owned and operated by certified instructor Beth Elkins Wales. Amy Taravella & Larry Tassini are staff instructors; Shauntel Douglas is our teacher-in-training. Currently, all our classes are on ZOOM. We offer On-Demand classes at Patreon:

So psyched to announce that Gino has added— not ONE, but TWO— new classes to our weekly schedule.

You can join him for a fun & sweet, ass-kickin’ Apparatus Class on Tuesdays at 4:15pm and/or Thursdays at 5:30pm.

Our Apparatus Classes are popular because participants get to be on all types of equipment— just like Joe intended. Reformer Classes are NOT the “be-all end-all” of Pilates— there is so much more. And that “more” is where you learn the relationship between the exercises and gain responsibility for your movement practice.

It’s how your brains get stronger and your muscles get smarter! 😉
