Can you see my heart and soul 💃

Celebrating two years since I left my favorite island and moved to my favorite mainland state
It is my soul‘s highest alignment to
Color outside the lines
Beat to my own drum
Shine brightly
Speak my truth

But I wasn’t living this way for much of my life
Much of my life I was
Falling in line
Doing what’s best
Following the “way it’s always been”
This was not a horrible life by any means
It was mostly regular comfortable the way I was supposed to go, I was surrounded by others doing the exact same thing and truly enjoying it in their heart and souls but I was different

I am different

The whispers became screams inside my body, deep nudges started around 30 I buried them deeper a dozen or so years longer

I was afraid, how will I ever manage, I could not see a path All I saw was a cliff
A literal free fall into the unknown

And then…
Once I made the leap, took the chance while feeling the fear and knowing there was no choice but to follow the whispers and what had eventually become screams of my soul,
the path for me opened up and what a wild ride it’s been since 2012

Now my days are one big continuous exhale in my body
Ahhhhhhh
Consciously choosing
Checking in with my heart and soul as I move through the day
Feeling moment by moment
No longer putting my needs last on the list but living the life I came here to live

Choosing yourself is not selfish
Choosing your God given mission
Your soul’s purpose will not harm others
But not choosing this path will harm YOU

Step #1 get in touch with YOU … start practicing checking in with yourself. Make it a practice to get present with what you are needing, feeling, thinking in each interaction throughout your day. Are you on autopilot? Do you even know what you feel? Could you start interacting more intentionally with everyone throughout your day? Feeling and then breathing and then responding. We have not been taught to worry about ourselves nearly as much as we have been taught to worry about others and while I am not suggesting we stop worrying about others I am in fact suggesting… today is the day you begin cultivating a deeper more intimate relationship with yourself. Which eventually will lead you to have deeper more meaningful relationships in all areas of your life ❤️

Thank you to all my followers, clients, friends and family… It has been a pleasure to serve you the last 6 years. I am changing my approach and leaving social media for my business. This account will be closed on December 31, 2025.
I am still available for coaching and offering the $111 session rate. Messages via instagram and facebook will be read through January 1, 2026
My business will move forward organically through referral.

Do you feel completely free to be yourself

Are you living a fully expressed life? Are you free to be exactly who you are in all your moments showing up present, alive and free with all your thoughts, with your words, with your actions in your daily life?

Or do you feel fear when you want to fully express yourself? Do you monitor your words, hold back in silence? Do you have moments of contemplating if you are living a life that does not feel full? Does something just keep nagging at you from the inside that you just can’t put your finger on?

I’ve been there… 13 years ago I was standing at the edge of a cliff or so it felt leaving my entire life behind and choosing to trust that my soul’s urging To fulfill my own inner knowing … To say I was terrified is an understatement… But the journey since that has been Amazing, and there is no better feeling inside my body these days than the freedom to express myself fully in all my moments without fear… Trusting that I have wisdom, I have all that I need inside of me to live my highest most aligned life.

Sure there are still moments when old patterns creep in, thoughts about how it’s supposed to be or a belief tries to push me to do something just because that’s the way it’s always been done… the difference is, I let it come up and move on. I have the ability to recognize what’s happening and rebreak the cycle as needed over and over. Not conforming to anything other than my truest most aligned self…
